研究目的：

本研究拟系统分析睡眠障碍与认知障碍之间的双向关系，明确其关联机制及影响路径；识别轻度认知障碍伴随睡眠障碍老年人中的不同潜在亚群，控制心理社会因素的影响，分析各亚群体的关键影响因素；同时，建立认知功能与睡眠障碍的症状网络，揭示核心症状节点及其交互影响机制，为早期干预和精准治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically analyze the bidirectional relationship between sleep disorders and cognitive impairment, elucidate the underlying mechanisms and pathways of their association, and identify distinct latent subgroups among older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and comorbid sleep disorders. By controlling for psychosocial factors, the study will explore key influencing factors within each subgroup. Additionally, a symptom network of cognitive function and sleep disorders will be constructed to identify core symptom nodes and their interactive mechanisms, providing a scientific basis for early intervention and precision treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁；②符合轻度认知障碍诊断标准（中国痴呆和认知障碍诊治指南MCI诊断标准‘）：③符合睡眠障碍诊断标准（《中国成人失眠诊断与治疗指南》和国际睡眠障碍分类第3版（ICSD-3）的诊断标准）；④视力和听力正常或仅轻微下降（如能通过佩戴助听设备等正常沟通交流），能够正常沟通交流；⑤所患慢性疾病（如高血压、糖尿病等）处于稳定状态。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age >= 60 years; 2 Meets the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) as defined by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorders; 3 Meets the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Insomnia and the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICSD-3); 4 Normal or only mildly impaired vision and hearing (e.g., able to communicate normally with assistive devices such as hearing aids); capable of effective communication; 5 Any chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) are in a stable condition.

排除标准：

①患有精神障碍、神经系统疾病、或其他可能影响认知的其他系统疾病（代谢性疾病、帕金森、甲亢等）；②因严重疾病等原因无法完成神经心理测试；③已确诊为痴呆患者；④存在酒精依赖或药物滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Presence of psychiatric disorders, neurological diseases, or other systemic conditions that may affect cognition (e.g., metabolic disorders, Parkinson’s disease, hyperthyroidism); 2 Inability to complete neuropsychological assessments due to severe illness or other reasons; 3 Diagnosed with dementia; 4 History of alcohol dependence or substance abuse.
