研究目的：

探讨色氨酸靶向代谢产物与脓毒症心肌损伤及预后的关联性，为进一步深入探讨脓毒症心肌损伤的潜在病理机制提供前期基础。探索脓毒症心肌损伤的精准治疗的新靶点和预防策略的方法。构建基于代谢组学生物标志物的脓毒症心肌损伤早期预警及预后预测模型，为脓毒症心肌损伤及预后的危险分层提供理论依据，从而进行早期识别及个体化干预及预防，旨在改善脓毒症患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the association between tryptophan-targeted metabolites and septic myocardial injury in patient with sepsis as well as its prognosis, thereby providing a preliminary foundation for further exploration of the underlying pathological mechanisms of septic myocardial injury. It seeks to identify new targets for precise treatment and strategies for prevention of septic myocardial injury. Additionally, the study focuses on developing an early warning and prognostic prediction model for septic myocardial injury based on metabolomic biomarkers, offering a theoretical basis for risk stratification of the condition and its outcomes. This will facilitate early identification, individualized intervention, and prevention, ultimately aiming to improve the prognosis of sepsis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁； （2）确诊脓毒症或感染性休克24小时内； （3）签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock within 24 hours; (3) Written informed consent provided.

排除标准：

（1）入院时已存在脓毒症心肌损伤患者； （2）急性或亚急性心肌梗死； （3） 急性病毒性心肌炎 （4）射血分数降低型心力衰竭病史 （5）恶性肿瘤晚期； （6）自身免疫性疾病； （7）神经退行性疾病； （8）精神疾病； （9）妊娠或哺乳期； （10）随访期间退出研究者及失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with pre-existing septic myocardial injury upon admission; (2) Acute or subacute myocardial infarction; (3) Acute viral myocarditis; (4) History of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction; (5) Advanced malignant tumors; (6) Autoimmune diseases; (7) Neurodegenerative diseases; (8) Psychiatric disorders; (9) Pregnancy or lactation; (10) Patients who withdrew from the study or were lost to follow-up during the follow-up period.
