研究目的：

探讨全身麻醉老年患者术后发生苏醒期谵妄的影响因素，并采用机器学习法构建全麻老年患者术后苏醒期谵妄的风险预测模型，通过比较各预测模型的ROC曲线下面积等指标，得到最佳的预测模型并进行验证，从而指导医护人员进行风险预判，为制定具有针对性的护理措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors of postoperative awakening delirium in elderly patients under general anesthesia, and to construct a risk prediction model for postoperative awakening delirium in elderly patients under general anesthesia using machine learning methods. By comparing indicators such as the area under the ROC curve of each prediction model, the best prediction model was obtained and verified, thereby guiding medical staff to make risk predictions. To provide a basis for formulating targeted nursing measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁的患者，进行择期手术的老年患者； （2）术前意识清楚，无听力或语言障碍，有正常的语言沟通能力； （3）ASA分级I~III级； （4）所有患者均为全麻气管插管； （5）自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书； （6）所有患者病例资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 60 or above, elderly patients undergoing elective surgery; (2) Clear consciousness before the operation, no hearing or language impairment, and normal language communication ability; (3) ASA classification I to III; (4) All patients were under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (6) All patient case data are complete.

排除标准：

（1）伴有精神疾病的患者； （2）术后入ICU的患者； （3）研究开始前使用可能引起谵妄药物的患者； （4）目前正在参加其他临床试验的患者或6个月内参加过其他临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mental disorders; (2) Patients admitted to the ICU after surgery; (3) Patients who used drugs that may cause delirium before the start of the study; (4) Patients who are currently participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical research within the past six months.
