Objectives of Study：

To study the improvement effect of heat-treated fermented milk on people with functional constipation through population trials

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄:45-75岁； 2.BMI:18.5-34.9 kg/m2； 3.符合罗马 IV 便秘诊断标准； 必须包括下列2项或2项以上: a. 1/4（25%）以上的排便为干球或硬便（Bristol粪便性状量表1～2型） b. 1/4（25%）以上的排便有不尽感 c. 1/4（25%）以上的排便有肛门直肠梗阻/堵塞感 d. 1/4（25%）以上的排便需要手法辅助（如用手指协助排便、盆底支持） e. 每周自发排便（spontaneous bowel movement，SBM）少于3次 不用泻剂时很少出现稀粪 诊断前症状出现至少6个月，近3个月符合以上诊断标准。 4.自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age:45-75 years old; 2.BMI:18.5-34.9 kg/m2; 3. Meets the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for constipation; Must include 2 or more of the following: a. More than 1/4 (25%) of bowel movements are dry balls or hard stools (Bristol Fecal Characteristics Scale 1-2) b. More than 1/4 (25%) of cases have incomplete bowel movements c. More than 1/4 (25%) of bowel movements have anorectal obstruction/blockage sensation d. More than 1/4 (25%) of bowel movements require manual assistance (such as finger assisted defecation, pelvic floor support) e. Spontaneous bowel movements (SBM) less than 3 times per week When not using laxatives, there is rarely loose stool The symptoms before diagnosis have been present for at least 6 months and have met the above diagnostic criteria in the past 3 months. 4. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有严重的胃肠道疾病（胃或十二指肠溃疡、急性肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎）或具有显著的器质性病变（肠癌、肿瘤等）； 2.患有1型糖尿病、帕金森病或任何需要慢性治疗的疾病； 3.实验2周前使用H2受体拮抗剂、质子泵抑制剂（CPPI）或摄入益生菌、益生元制剂类产品； 4.在随机分组前三天使用以下任何药物； a. 促动力剂（替加色罗、多潘立酮、西沙比利、甲氧氯普胺、红霉素） b. 含有鸦片类药物 c.抗痉挛剂（阿托品、莨菪碱、东莨菪碱、格隆溴铵） d. 慢性非甾体抗炎药（NSAID） e. 抗生素、泻药类药物； 5.过度吸烟、酗酒； 6.怀孕或哺乳期或计划在未来 6个月内怀孕的女性； 7.对牛奶和大豆过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have serious gastrointestinal diseases (gastric or duodenal ulcers, acute enteritis, ulcerative colitis) or significant organic lesions (colon cancer, tumors, etc.); 2. Suffering from type 1 diabetes, Parkinson's disease or any disease requiring chronic treatment; 3. Two weeks prior to the experiment, use H2 receptor antagonists, proton pump inhibitors (CPPI), or consume probiotic or prebiotic preparations; 4. Use any of the following medications three days before randomization:; a. Prokinetic agents (Tegaserod, Domperidone, Cisapride, Metoclopramide, Erythromycin) b. Containing opiate drugs c. Antispasmodic agents (atropine, hyoscyamine, scopolamine, glycopyrrolate) d. Chronic nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) e. Antibiotics and laxatives; 5. Excessive smoking and drinking; 6. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months; 7. Allergic to milk and soybeans.
