研究目的：

评价足踝固定器在OWHTO中的应用价值，为 OWHTO 术中精确调整患侧下肢力线提供设备和技术支持，同时缩短手术时间、减少术中透视，降低患者及手术人员放射暴露风险，节约人力资源。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the application value of the Foot & Ankle fixation device in OWHTO, provide equipment and technical support for precisely adjusting the force line of the affected lower limb during the OWHTO procedure, shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative fluoroscopy, lower the radiation exposure risk for both patients and surgical personnel, and save human resources.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.膝关节内侧单间室骨关节炎合并内翻畸形； 2.Kellgren-Lawrence影像学分级属于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级者； 3.20岁<=患者年龄<=70岁； 4.膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形<=10°，膝关节内翻畸形<=20°，膝关节屈曲活动度>=110°，膝关节侧副韧带功能良好； 5.术前1年内无放射治疗史； 6.患者身体条件可耐受手术； 7.术前及术后随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Medial compartment knee osteoarthritis with varus deformity; 2. Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grade II or III; 3. Patient age between 20 and 70 years; 4. Knee flexion contracture <= 10°, varus deformity <= 20°, knee flexion range of motion >= 110°, good function of knee collateral ligaments; 5. No history of radiotherapy within 1 year before surgery; 6. Patient's physical condition can tolerate surgery; 7. Complete preoperative and postoperative follow-up data.

排除标准：

1.膝关节双间室骨关节炎或三间室骨关节炎，或膝关节外翻畸形者； 2.Kellgren-Lawrence影像学分级属于Ⅰ、Ⅳ级者； 3.患者年龄＜20岁或＞70岁； 4.膝关节屈曲挛缩畸形＞10°，或膝关节内翻畸形＞20°，或膝关节屈曲活动度＜110°，或膝关节侧副韧带功能不良； 5.术前1年内有放射治疗史； 6.患者身体条件不能耐受手术； 7.术前或术后随访资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with bicompartmental or tricompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee, or with valgus deformity of the knee; 2. Patients with Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grade I or IV; 3. Patients aged under 20 years or over 70 years; 4. Knee flexion contracture deformity greater than 10°, varus deformity greater than 20°, knee flexion range of motion less than 110°, or impaired function of the collateral ligaments; 5. History of radiotherapy within one year before surgery; 6. Patients whose physical condition cannot tolerate surgery; 7. Missing preoperative or postoperative follow-up data.
