研究目的：

探究非剖宫产手术患者腰麻完成后低血压的发生率和相关危险因素，并构建出不同的临床预测模型，比较其性能，选择出能适应临床需求的最佳预测模型，以指导临床工作。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of hypotension following spinal anesthesia in non-cesarean surgical patients, construct different clinical prediction models, compare their performance, and select the optimal model that meets clinical needs to guide clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、研究期间在本院接受以腰麻作为其麻醉方式的非剖宫产手术患者，包括骨科、普外血管科、普外胃肠科、泌尿外科、烧伤整形科； 2、ASA麻醉分级I～IV级； 3、年龄≥18岁成年患者； 4、可以满足连续无创收缩压、无创舒张压及无创平均动脉压记录者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Non-cesarean surgical patients who underwent spinal anesthesia at our hospital during the study period, including those from orthopedics, general vascular surgery, general gastrointestinal surgery, urology, and burn and plastic surgery departments; 2. ASA physical status classification I–IV; 3. Adult patients aged >=18 years; 4. Individuals in whom continuous non-invasive systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial pressures could be recorded.

排除标准：

1、存在腰麻禁忌症的患者，如凝血功能障碍或感染等； 2、无法配合实验或精神异常的患者； 3、年龄<18岁的患者； 4、麻醉实施过程中因各种因素改变原计划麻醉方式或联合其它麻醉方式者； 5、拒绝接受该研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia, such as coagulopathy or infection; 2. Patients unable to cooperate with the study or with psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients under 18 years of age; 4. Cases in which the originally planned anesthesia technique was changed to, or combined with, another method for any reason during the procedure; 5. Patients who refused to participate in the study.
