探究狭窄型克罗恩病行腹腔镜联合术中经肛内镜下扩张的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Investigation on the Safety and Efficacy of Laparoscopy Combined with Intraoperative Transanal Endoscopic Dilation for stricturing Crohn's Disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为14-75岁； 2.经临床、影像学、内镜检查及病理临床诊断为克罗恩病； 3.克罗恩病合并内镜不可通过性肠道狭窄； 4.经规范药物治疗后仍不能完全控制肠梗阻症状； 5.单独内镜无法成功扩张者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 14 and 75 years; 2.Diagnosed with Crohn's disease (CD) based on comprehensive clinical evaluation, imaging studies, endoscopic findings, and pathological examinations; 3.CD complicated with intestinal strictures impassable by endoscopy; 4.Persistent inability to fully control intestinal obstruction symptoms despite standardized medical treatment; 5.Failure to achieve successful dilation with endoscopy alone.

排除标准：

1.存在内镜或腹腔镜禁忌； 2.无法进行满意肠道准备； 3.术后病理提示癌变； 4.克罗恩病合并肠瘘患者； 5.拒绝该种手术方式患者； 6.经研究者评估不合适接受“双镜联合”手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of contraindications to endoscopy or laparoscopy; 2.Inability to achieve adequate bowel preparation; 3.Postoperative pathology indicating malignancy; 4.Patients with Crohn's disease complicated by intestinal fistula; 5.Patients refusing this surgical approach; 6.Patients deemed ineligible for "dual-endoscope combination" surgery by the investigators.
