研究目的：

探讨纳布啡复合罗哌卡因腹横肌平面阻滞（TAPB）用对剖宫产术后镇痛及催乳素的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of naborphine and ropivacaine transverse abdominis plane block (TAPB) on pain relief and prolactin levels post-cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级； 2.年龄 24-35 岁； 3.孕周 38-40 周； 4.单胎。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ 2. Age: 24-35 years old; 3. Gestational age: 38 to 40 weeks; 4. Single fetus.

排除标准：

1.有严重的重要器官功能异常及患有妊娠合并症的患者、患有精神疾病者； 2.凝血功能异常者； 3.穿刺部位（即椎管内麻醉-脊柱部位皮肤，腹横肌平面阻滞-腹部皮肤）感染及破损者； 4.有罗哌卡因或纳布啡过敏史者。 5.有长期镇静、镇痛类药物使用史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe functional abnormalities of vital organs, pregnancy complications, and mental disorders; 2. Those with abnormal coagulation function; 3. Infection and damage at the puncture site (i.e., intraspinal anesthesia - spinal skin, transversus abdominis plane block - abdominal skin); 4. Those with a history of allergy to ropivacaine or nalbuphine. 5. Those with a long-term history of using sedative and analgesic drugs.
