本研究旨在探讨新型复合指标（结合临床参数、实验室指标和影像学特征）与结直肠息肉的相关性，为开发非侵入性筛查工具提供依据。本研究将重点关注复合指标在预测息肉类型、大小和数量方面的表现，并评估其临床适用性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the correlation between novel composite indicators (combining clinical parameters, laboratory indicators and imaging features) and colorectal polyps, providing a basis for the development of non-invasive screening tools. This study will focus on the performance of composite indicators in predicting the type, size and quantity of polyps, and evaluate their clinical applicability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有完整的结肠镜检查报告（明确记录有无息肉、息肉数量、大小、病理结果）。 2.在结肠镜检查前3个月内，有完整的新型复合指标检测记录（包括但不限于TyG、AIP、TC/HDL、METS-IR、NLR等）。

Inclusion criteria

1.There is a complete colonoscopy report (clearly recording the presence or absence of polyps, the number and size of polyps, and the pathological results). 2. Within three months prior to colonoscopy, there are complete records of the detection of new composite indicators (including but not limited to TyG, AIP, TC/HDL, METS-IR, NLR, etc.).

排除标准：

1.病历资料严重缺失者。 2.有结直肠癌及肠切除手术史者。 3.协变量数据缺失严重者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severely missing medical records. 2. Those with a history of colorectal cancer and intestinal resection surgery. 3. Those with severe missing covariate data.
