研究目的:

1.主要目的:评估动物双歧杆菌菌株功能性食品抗骨质疏松治疗对绝经后骨质疏松患者腰椎、股骨颈和全髋部骨密度(BMD)的改善效果。 2.次要目的: (1)观察联合干预对股骨颈和总髋BMD的影响; (2)评估其对骨形成标志物(PINP、血清钙、磷)及骨吸收标志物(β-CTX)的调节作用; (3)记录治疗期间的不良事件,分析其安全性; (4)探讨益生菌干预在辅助改善骨代谢状态中的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study:

Primary Objective: To evaluate the effect of a Bifidobacterium animalis-based functional food for osteoporosis treatment on improving bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar spine, femoral neck, and total hip in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Secondary Objectives: 1. To assess the effects on femoral neck and total hip BMD. 2. To evaluate changes in bone formation markers (PINP, serum calcium, phosphorus) and bone resorption markers (β-CTX). 3. To monitor adverse events during the intervention and assess safety. 4. To explore the clinical value of probiotic intervention in improving bone metabolism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. DXA检测T值在?2.5 > T值 > ?1.0,且FRAX?模型评估10年髋部骨折风险≥7%;或T值 ≤ ?2.5; 2. 50至80岁绝经后女性(自然绝经≥2年且≤12年,或双侧卵巢切除≥2年); 3. 同意口服益生菌制剂并签署知情同意书; 4. 遵守访视计划及研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Postmenopausal women with a DXA T-score between ?2.5 and ?1.0 and a 10-year hip fracture risk >=7% as assessed by the FRAX? model, or a T-score <= ?2.5; 2. Aged 50 to 80 years, postmenopausal (natural menopause >=2 years and <=12 years, or bilateral oophorectomy >=2 years); 3. Willing to take oral probiotic preparations and able to provide written informed consent; 4. Able and willing to comply with study visits and protocol requirements.

排除标准:

1. 影响骨代谢的疾病(如甲亢、库欣综合征、成骨不全、重度肝肾功能异常等); 2. 近6个月内服用抗骨吸收药物(如双膦酸盐、PTH等); 3. 活动性恶性肿瘤; 4)已发生脆性骨折或需长期卧床; 5)慢性胃肠道疾病或吸收障碍; 6)近期或计划使用抗生素; 7)正在参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Diseases affecting bone metabolism (e.g., hyperthyroidism, Cushing’s syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction); 2. Use of antiresorptive or bone-active medications within the past 6 months (e.g., bisphosphonates, PTH); 3. Active malignancy; 4. History of fragility fractures or requiring long-term bed rest; 5. Chronic gastrointestinal disorders or malabsorption syndromes; 6. Recent or planned use of antibiotics; 7. Participation in other clinical trials.
