研究目的：

本研究是对原发性失眠的临床干预方案的初步研究和探讨，将为临床治疗失眠提供一种安全、有效、可靠的标准化针刺治疗方案，发挥中医优势，帮助失眠患者摆脱躯体及精神的痛苦具有积极的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a preliminary study and discussion on the clinical intervention plan for primary insomnia, which will provide a safe, effective and reliable standardized acupuncture treatment plan for the clinical treatment of insomnia, and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to help insomnia patients get rid of physical and mental pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究方法 取穴：百会、安眠、三阴交，神门 操作：患者仰卧位，局部常规消毒，选用 0.30mm×25-40mm一次性无菌针灸针。百会向督脉方向与皮肤呈 15°角斜刺 15～20 mm，于百会、三阴交行捻转提插补法得气，安眠、神门行捻转提插泻法得气。留针30 min，间隔15min行针1次，隔日治疗1次，每周3次，共治疗4周。 所有操作均由同1名具有20年临床经验的针灸医师完成。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Research Methods: Acupuncture points: Baihui, Anmian, Sanyinjiao, Shenmen Operation: The patient was in the supine position, and the local routine disinfection was used, and 0.30mm×25-40mm disposable sterile acupuncture needles were selected. Baihui is obliquely punctured at a 15° angle to the skin in the direction of the Dumai for 15~20 mm, and the Qi is obtained by the twisting and interpolating method of Baihui and Sanyin Jiaoxing, and the Qi is obtained by the method of resting and sleeping and Shenmen Xing twisting and lifting and inserting and laxative. Leave the needle for 30 minutes, perform the needle once at an interval of 15 minutes, and treat once every other day, 3 times a week, for a total of 4 weeks. All operations are performed by the same acupuncturist with 20 years of clinical experience. 

纳入标准：

(1)符合诊断标准者；(2)年龄18-75周岁；(3)PSQI评分＞7 分；(4)患者及其家属对研究方法、目的均明确了解，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2.Age 18-75 years old; 3.PSQI score>7 points; 4.Patients and their families have a clear understanding of the research methods and objectives, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)合并心血管、肝、肺、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；(2)诊断为抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症或其他严重精神疾病者；(3)诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、不宁腿综合征等其他睡眠障碍者；(4)伴有发热、咳嗽、疼痛症状严重影响睡眠者；(5)酒精或其他药物滥用或依赖者；(6)孕妇、哺乳期妇女等不适宜接受针灸治疗者；(7)过去1个月曾接受过针灸治疗失眠者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2.Those diagnosed with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or other serious mental illness; 3.Patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome and other sleep disorders; 4.Those with fever, cough and pain that seriously affect sleep; 5.Alcohol or other drug abusers or dependents; 6.Pregnant women, lactating women, etc. who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 7.Those who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past 1 month.
