研究目的：

rSO2监测已证实有利于患者术后恢复，尤其降低患者神经相关并发症POCD，尤其用于老年患者手术麻醉 围 术期监测，可以指导麻醉计划的调整，降低老年患者术后认知功能障碍。而本项目的特色与创新之处在于将rSO2监测应用于65 岁以上老年人行非心脏手术全麻期间的监测，有利于早期识别和及早采取相应防范措施减少和治疗术后认知功能的发生，为老年人术后的加速康复提供较好的参考方案  

Objectives of Study：

rSO2 monitoring has been shown to be beneficial to patients' postoperative recovery, especially to reduce patients' neuro-related complications POCD, especially for the anesthesia circumference of elderly patients Monitoring during operation can guide the adjustment of anesthesia plan and reduce postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients. The feature and innovation of this project lies in the application of rSO2 monitoring to the monitoring of elderly people over 65 years old during general anesthesia during non-cardiac surgery, which is conducive to early identification and early adoption of corresponding preventive measures to reduce and treat the occurrence of postoperative cognitive function, and provides a better reference scheme for the accelerated rehabilitation of elderly people after surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 65 岁-75 岁，性别不限； 2.麻醉 ASA 分级 I-III 级； 3.语言沟通能力良好、无明显听力和视觉障碍，既往无精神疾病（抑郁、精神分裂）、滥用药品和酗酒史。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 65 -75 years old, gender not limited. 2. Anesthesia ASA grade I-III; 3. Good language communication skills, no obvious hearing or visual impairments, and no history of mental illness (depression, schizophrenia), drug abuse or alcoholism in the past.

排除标准：

1.患者曾患有或目前患有谵妄、严重痴呆、帕金森病、精 神分裂症、抑郁、癫痫等； 2.术前服用氟哌利多、胆碱酯酶抑制剂或其他非典型抗精神病药（利培酮、奥氮 平等）； 3.患者近 6 个月患有或曾患有脑卒中、心肌缺 血或梗死、心力衰竭者； 4.头部皮肤损伤，不能放置脑氧电极者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient has suffered from or is currently suffering from delirium, severe dementia, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, depression, epilepsy, etc. 2. Take floperidol, cholinesterase inhibitors or other atypical antipsychotic drugs (risperidone, olanzapine) before the operation; 3. Patients who have suffered from or previously suffered from stroke, myocardial ischemia or infarction, or heart failure within the past 6 months; 4. Head skin injuries where a brain oxygen electrode cannot be placed.
