研究目的：

1.1以预警管理理论、人机交互界面通用性设计理论为指导框架，基于前期构建的风险预测模型，研发结核病患者治疗依从性风险预警决策系统。 1.2验证研发的结核病治疗依从性风险预警决策系统在预防结核病患者治疗依从性下降中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 With the early warning management theory and the universal design theory of human-computer interaction interface as the guiding framework, and based on the risk prediction model constructed earlier, the risk early warning decision-making system for treatment compliance of tuberculosis patients is developed. 1.2 Validate the role of the developed tuberculosis treatment compliance risk early warning decision-making system in preventing the decline of treatment compliance of tuberculosis patients

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>18岁； 2.结核病确诊明确； 3.没有合并其他严重的躯体性及心理性疾病，如心力衰竭、肾衰竭、严重焦虑、抑郁患者； 4.患者本人或照顾者能使用智能手机者； 5.即将开始新一阶段治疗的； 6.知情同意并能独立完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >18 years old; 2. The diagnosis of tuberculosis is clear; 3. Patients without other serious physical and psychological diseases, such as heart failure, renal failure, severe anxiety or depression; 4. Patients or their caregivers who can use smart phones; 5. Those who are about to start a new stage of treatment; 6. Informed consent and the ability to independently complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1.结核病病情危重者； 2.有严重精神病史和认知障碍者； 3.不同意参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with critical tuberculosis conditions; 2. Those with a history of severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; 3. Disagree to participate in this researcher.
