研究目的：

利用EIT技术评估延长俯卧位时间对肺通气和血流的影响，同时探讨其对气体交换、呼吸力学和血流动力学的作用，从而为临床实施个体化俯卧位治疗提供依据和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of prolonged prone positioning on lung ventilation and perfusion using electrical impedance tomography (EIT), and to explore its impact on gas exchange, respiratory mechanics, and hemodynamics, thereby providing evidence and insights for individualized prone positioning therapy in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2023ARDS全球新定义的ARDS患者 2.PaO2/FiO2 <=150mmHg （PEEP>=5cmH2O） 3.气管插管有创机械通气时间<48h 4.年龄>18岁

Inclusion criteria

1.ARDS patients who meet the new global definition of ARDS in 2023 2.PaO2/FiO2 <=150mmHg (PEEP>=5cmH2O) 3. The duration of invasive mechanical ventilation with tracheal intubation is less than 48 hours 4. Age >18 years old

排除标准：

1.EIT禁忌（起搏器等）或无法放置EIT绑带（胸部敷料、皮肤破溃等） 2.严重血流动力学不稳定 3.不稳定脊柱骨折 4.妊娠妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for EIT (such as pacemakers) or inability to place EIT straps (such as chest dressings, skin ulcers, etc.) 2. Severe hemodynamic instability 3. Unstable spinal fractures 4. Pregnant women
