研究目的：

本研究拟通过文献回顾、专家咨询等方式探讨引起动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者发生DCI的危险因素，收集相关资料，分别构建决策树模型、神经网络模型、随机森林模型并通过ROC曲线下面积比较三种模型的预测能力和泛化能力，确定预测动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后发生DCI风险的最优预测模型，完成动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后DCI风险筛查评分量表的构建并对其进行验证，以为临床实践提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the risk factors for DCI in patients with aneurystic subarachnoid hemorrhage by means of literature review and expert consultation, collect relevant data, construct decision tree model, neural network model and random forest model respectively, and compare the prediction ability and generalization ability of the three models by area under ROC curve. To determine the optimal prediction model for predicting the risk of DCI after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, complete the construction and verification of the DCI risk screening score scale after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and provide help for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

1.入院时经头颅CT检查或腰椎穿刺证实的自发性aSAH 2.经CT血管造影（CTA)、磁共振血管造影（MRA）、数字减影血管造影（DSA)检查或手术证实有颅内动脉瘤的存在 3.在我院住院期间接受开颅夹闭或介入栓塞治疗

Inclusion criteria

1.Spontaneous aSAH confirmed by head CT examination or lumbar puncture at admission 2. The presence of intracranial aneurysms was confirmed by CT angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination or surgery 3. During the hospitalization in our hospital, craniotomy, clipping or interventional embolization treatment was received

排除标准：

1.由其它原因引起的颅内出血患者(如高血压脑出血、血管畸形、肿瘤卒中) 2.有过aSAH或其他严重心脑血管疾病病史的患者 3.临床资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with intracranial hemorrhage caused by other reasons (such as hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, vascular malformations, tumor stroke) 2. Patients with a history of aSAH or other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data
