研究目的：

本研究拟结合短影片应用与慈爱冥想之特点，建构一套「短影片引导式慈爱冥想」干预模型，探讨其对参与者同理心、敌意、心理健康与网路霸凌行为意图之影响机制。研究将以「情绪启动 → 共情增强 → 敌意减缓 → 行为转化」之理论链条为基础，验证短影片引导之LKM是否能透过提升正向情绪与共感经验，减少使用者对他人的攻击性反应与网路霸凌行为倾向。本研究具有重要的学术与社会价值。一方面，能深化对媒介化慈爱冥想在偏见减缓中的理论理解，弥补现有研究不足；另一方面，能为「健康中国」与多元文化社会治理提供科学依据，推动短视频心理干预模式的实践与政策应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to combine the characteristics of short video applications and compassion meditation to construct a "short video guided compassion meditation" intervention model, and explore its impact mechanism on participants' empathy, hostility, mental health, and intention to engage in cyberbullying behavior. The research will be based on the theoretical chain of "emotional activation → empathy enhancement → hostility reduction → behavior transformation" to verify the effectiveness of short video guidance LKM Can we reduce users' aggressive reactions towards others and tendencies towards cyberbullying by enhancing positive emotions and shared experiences. This study has significant academic and social value. On the one hand, it can deepen the theoretical understanding of the role of mediated compassion meditation in mitigating bias and fill the gaps in existing research; On the other hand, it can provide scientific basis for the governance of "Healthy China" and multicultural society, and promote the practice and policy application of short video psychological intervention models.

纳入标准：

1.具有本科以上学历和一年以上工作经历； 2.年龄介于 20 至 50岁之间； 3.同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书； 4.神志清楚、思维正常、能进行语言沟通交流； 5.具有足够的认知能力和中文读写能力完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1. Bachelor degree or above and more than one year's work experience; 2. Aged between 20 and 50 years; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Clear mind, normal thinking, able to communicate with language; 5. Have sufficient cognitive ability and Chinese reading and writing ability to complete the questionnaire.

排除标准：

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病； 2.正在服用精神类药物； 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作； 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者； 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; 2. Taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer and freelance work; 4. Those who have engaged in any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently; 5. Have engaged in any form of prior meditation training.
