Inclusion criteria

1. Students and their parents are willing to participate 2. 1-2 grade enrolled primary school students

排除标准：

1.既往曾有系统性疾病 2.既往曾有眼病或做过眼部手术 3.研究者认为不适合参与研究的其他情况
