研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性队列研究的方法，深入探讨儿科手术中围术期血清胆汁酸变化与预后结局的具体关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to deeply explore the specific relationship between perioperative serum bile acid changes and prognostic outcomes in pediatric surgery through a retrospective cohort study method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2015年7月至2023年2月间接受手术的住院患者； 2.术前、术后7天内均至少检测1次血胆汁酸； 3.一次住院接受多次手术的患者，只纳入首次手术相关信息；

Inclusion criteria

1. Inpatients who underwent surgery between July 2015 and February 2023. 2. Patients who had at least one blood bile acid test both before surgery and within 7 days after surgery. 3. For patients who underwent multiple surgeries during one hospitalization, only the information related to the first surgery will be included.

排除标准：

1.术前肝功能不全或接受肝穿刺诊断的患儿； 2.病情复杂并接受中心静脉插管的患儿； 3.术前、术后一次血胆汁酸都未检测的；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with preoperative liver insufficiency or those who underwent liver puncture for diagnosis. 2. Children with complex conditions who underwent central venous intubation. 3. Those who did not have a single blood bile acid test either before or after surgery.
