研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨胃肠间质瘤患者术后p53基因表达状态（野生型 vs 突变型）对无进展生存期和总生存期的影响  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the impact of postoperative p53 gene expression status (wild-type versus mutant-type) on progression-free survival and overall survival in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、2015年1月–2021年12月接受R0切除的原发性胃GIST； 2、术后病理确诊为GIST（CD117/DOG1阳性）； 3、完整随访资料（≥3年）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with primary gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) who underwent R0 resection between January 2015 and December 2021; 2. Postoperative pathological confirmation of GIST, with immunohistochemical positivity for CD117 and/or DOG1; 3. Availability of complete follow-up data for a minimum duration of three years.

排除标准：

1、转移性GIST（术前影像或术中探查确认）； 2、既往接受过靶向治疗或放疗； 3、合并其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), confirmed by preoperative imaging or intraoperative findings; 2. Prior administration of targeted therapy or radiotherapy; 3. Concomitant diagnosis of other malignant neoplasms.
