研究目的：

本研究首次针对贵州高发区唇腭裂患者提供NAM治疗的长期随访证据，采用三维定量分析方法提高评估准确性，建立了手术时机与预后的相关性模型。研究结果不仅填补了该领域长期随访数据的空白，更为临床制定个体化治疗方案提供了重要依据，对完善唇腭裂序列治疗体系、提高患者生活质量具有重要指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study provides a long-term follow-up evidence for NAM treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate in the high-incidence areas of Guizhou for the first time. By using a three-dimensional quantitative analysis method, the accuracy of the assessment was improved, and a correlation model between the surgical timing and prognosis was established. The research results not only fill the gap in long-term follow-up data in this field, but also provide an important basis for clinical formulation of individualized treatment plans. It has significant guiding significance for improving the sequence treatment system of cleft lip and palate and enhancing the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

2018-2020年接受NAM治疗的单侧完全性唇腭裂患者（非综合征型），术后满4年随访，资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

patients with UCLP (non-syndromic type) ,who received NAM treatment from 2018 to 2020, had complete follow-up data after a 4-year postoperative period.

排除标准：

合并其他颅面畸形、失访或数据缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with other craniofacial deformities, those who were lost to follow-up or those with missing data.
