Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of linguistic nudging strategies in promoting shared decision-making between physicians and patients, and to assess their impact on improving self-management capabilities and health outcomes in patients with Type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准：

确诊为二型糖尿病、年龄18岁及以上、认知功能正常、具备基本的智能手机使用能力等。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Aged 18 years or older. Cognitively intact. Possessing basic smartphone literacy.

排除标准：

存在严重急性并发症、认知障碍、参与其他临床试验等。

Exclusion criteria：

Presence of severe acute complications. Cognitive impairment. Concurrent participation in other clinical trials.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The randomization sequence will be generated by the study statistician using statistical software (e.g., R or SAS) via the block randomization method. The allocation scheme will be implemented by a research coordinator not directly involved in subject recruitment. The unit of randomization is the "day," meaning each scheduled outpatient clinic day is randomly assigned as either an "intervention group day" or a "control group day." All eligible patients who provide consent on a given day will receive the intervention corresponding to that day's assigned group.

Blinding：

This trial uses a Single Blind design. Blinded Parties: Outcome assessors (research staff responsible for data collection and statistical analysis) were blinded to group assignment. Unblinded Parties and Justification: Physicians and patients could not be blinded due to the nature of the behavioral interventions (linguistic nudging and shared decision-making) that required their active participation and awareness.
