研究目的:

探寻运动中心血管风险的关联性因素,并将其纳入运动中心血管风险预测模型的构建是判断运动过程中是否会出现心血管不良事件的有效手段,目前心血管风险预测模型在心血管疾病中已有广泛应用,但针对运动中心血管风险预测模型的相关研究却十分少有,且相关预测模型涉及到的指标繁多、诸多有创指标,在实际应用时较为不便。因此,本研究旨在将联合多项心肺功能指标建立简便、无创的前置运动风险判别公式与运动中心血管风险预测模型,进一步探索心肺功能指标在预测健康老年人运动中心血管风险的应用潜力,建立运动前风险筛查后的第二道防线。  

Objectives of Study:

Exploring the associated factors of central vascular risk during exercise and incorporating them into the construction of a central vascular risk prediction model for exercise is an effective means to determine whether adverse cardiovascular events will occur during exercise. Currently, cardiovascular risk prediction models have been widely applied in cardiovascular diseases, but there are very few related studies on central vascular risk prediction models for exercise Moreover, the relevant prediction models involve a large number of indicators, many of which are invasive, making them rather inconvenient in practical application. Therefore, this study aims to establish a simple and non-invasive pre-exercise risk discrimination formula and exercise center vascular risk prediction model by integrating multiple cardiopulmonary function indicators, further explore the application potential of cardiopulmonary function indicators in predicting exercise center vascular risk in healthy elderly people, and establish the second line of defense after pre-exercise risk screening.

纳入标准:

纳入标准: 1.年龄在60-79岁的无规律有氧运动的健康老年人。 2.受试者发育健全、身体健康并无明显生理缺陷。 3.受试者具有一定的生活自理能力和身体活动能力、听力和视力。 4.受试者精神情况能够通过与测试者合作完成本研究所需的问卷调查。 5.无运动测试禁忌症,主要包括:心脑血管事件急性期、不稳定性心绞痛、未控制的心律失常或心力衰竭、有症状的主动脉狭窄、急性肺栓塞或肺梗死、急性 心肌炎或心包炎、急性全身感染、冠脉狭窄、心瓣膜病、电解质异常、安静时 严重高血压(SBP>200mmHg和/或DBP>110mmHg)、高度房室传导阻滞、未 控制的代谢性疾病、慢性感染性疾病、精神或躯体障碍影响运动能力等。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria 1. Healthy elderly people aged 60-79 who do irregular aerobic exercise; 2.Subjects with sound development, good health and no obvious physical defects; 3.Subjects with certain abilities of self-care, physical activity, hearing and vision; 4.Subjects with a mental state that allows them to cooperate with researchers to complete the questionnaires required for this study; 5.No contraindications to exercise testing, mainly including: acute phase of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled arrhythmia or heart failure, symptomatic aortic stenosis, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, acute systemic infection, coronary artery stenosis, valvular heart disease, electrolyte abnormalities, severe hypertension at rest (SBP > 200 mmHg and/or DBP > 110 mmHg), high-grade atrioventricular block, uncontrolled metabolic diseases, chronic infectious diseases, and mental or physical disorders that affect exercise capacity.

Exclusion Criteria 1. Subjects who have incomplete physical activity questionnaires; 2.Elderly people aged 60-79 who engage in regular aerobic exercise; 3. Subjects with the aforementioned contraindications to exercise testing;
