研究目的：

本研究通过动态血糖监测（CGM）参数与2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者糖尿病肾病（DKD）相关指标的关系探究，旨在为临床管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the relationship between continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) parameters and indicators associated with diabetic kidney disease (DKD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), aiming to provide evidence for clinical management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

所有患者均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准，且DKD诊断标准参照2017年版《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》诊断标准，确诊为糖尿病发生后出现的肾病或糖尿病肾病，临床症状体征符合DKD表现。

Inclusion criteria

All patients met the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus. The diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease (DKD) was based on the 2017 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, confirming the presence of kidney disease or diabetic nephropathy following the diagnosis of diabetes. Clinical symptoms and signs were consistent with DKD manifestations.

排除标准：

3个月内发生严重糖尿病并发症者；妊娠及哺乳期患者；合并严重感染、恶性肿瘤、急性心力衰竭、急性脑卒中者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have experienced severe diabetic complications within the past three months; pregnant or lactating patients; patients with concurrent severe infections, malignant tumors, acute heart failure, or acute stroke.
