研究目的：

（1）建立头颈鳞癌患者的回顾性和前瞻性双向研究队列，获取和分析临床基线数据，探究p16在头颈鳞癌患者中的表达特征及分布特点。 （2）探究p16与口腔鳞癌患者预后之间的相关性，其是否可作为独立预后标志物；并分析与其他的分子标志物（如p53、Ki-67）的联合预后价值，为头颈鳞癌精准医疗和决策制定提供循证医学证据。 （3）探究HPV非依赖性的p16过表达的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Establish a retrospective and prospective bidirectional study cohort of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, obtain and analyze clinical baseline data, and explore the expression characteristics and distribution features of p16 in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. 2.To explore the correlation between p16 and the prognosis of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma, and whether it can be used as an independent prognostic marker; And analyze the combined prognostic value with other molecular markers (such as p53, Ki-67) to provide evidence-based medical evidence for precision medicine and decision-making of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. 3.Explore the molecular mechanism of HPV-independent p16 overexpression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18岁以上，性别不限；
2.经病理诊断证实的原发鳞状细胞癌患者；
3.既往无放射治疗史或根治手术史；
4.原发灶标本术后病理报告已行p16免疫组化检测；
5.肿瘤发生于口腔及口咽部；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: Over 18 years old, gender not limited; 2.Patients with primary squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis; 3.There is no previous history of radiotherapy or radical surgery; 4.The postoperative pathological report of the primary lesion specimen has undergone p16 immunohistochemical detection; 5.The tumor occurred in the oral cavity and oropharynx.

排除标准：

1.无法获取研究所需的完善临床资料者；
2.处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性；
3.精神障碍或智力障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who are unable to obtain complete clinical data required for the research; 2.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3.People with mental or intellectual disabilities.
