研究目的：

1.翻译并调适 VIVIFRAIL 多组分运动方案，形成适合中国养老机构衰弱老年人个性化多组分运动方案； 2.探究调适后的中文版 VIVIFRAIL 多组分运动方案在养老机构衰弱老年人中的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Translate and adapt the VIVIFRAIL multi-component exercise program to form a personalized multi-component exercise program suitable for the frail elderly in Chinese elderly care institutions. 2. To explore the feasibility of the adapted Chinese version of VIVIFRAIL multi-component exercise program in frail elderly people in elderly care institutions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在70岁及以上； 2.诊断为衰弱前期或衰弱老年人； 3.Fried衰弱表型评分>=1分； 4.日常生活活动能力Barthel指数评分>60分；能够在有或没有个人/技术帮助情况下沟通和行走；知情同意，能够积极参与本研究的评估与干预训练。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 70 years or older; 2. Diagnosed as pre-frail or frail elderly; 3. Fried frailty phenotype score >=1 point; 4. Barthel Index score for activities of daily living >60; able to communicate and walk with or without personal/technical assistance; informed consent provided and able to actively participate in the assessments and intervention training of this study.

排除标准：

1.严重的心脑血管疾病（主动脉夹层动脉瘤、中重度主动狭窄、急性心肌梗死或近期出现不稳定型心绞痛等）； 2.严重肝肾功能疾病； 3.中重度认知障碍，痴呆，严重视听力障碍，严重精神疾病等影响沟通交流者； 4.近3个月骨折； 5.疾病终末期； 6.参与其他任何干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (aortic dissection aneurysm, moderate to severe aortic stenosis, acute myocardial infarction, or recent unstable angina, etc.); 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment, dementia, severe visual or hearing impairment, serious mental disorders, or other conditions affecting communication; 4. Fracture within the past 3 months; 5. Terminal stage of disease; 6. Participation in any other intervention trials.
