研究目的：

本研究旨在评估一项在中国多临床中心常规护理中实施的、个性化的心理社会支持方案，在降低流产决策后悔率及人工流产率方面的有效性。我们比较该方案实施前后的结局。研究验证的核心假设是：标准化的、富有同理心的、非指导性的心理社会支持干预可使意外妊娠女性更加审慎决策人流手术，从而降低人工流产比例。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a personalized psychosocial support program implemented within routine care across multiple clinical centers in China, in reducing decisional regret related to abortion and the rate of induced abortions. We conducted a before-and-after intervention study comparing outcomes before and after the implementation of the program. The core hypothesis tested is that standardized, empathetic, non-directive psychosocial support interventions enable women with unintended pregnancies to make more thoughtful decisions about abortion, thereby reducing the proportion of induced abortions.

纳入标准：

所有因意外怀孕前来就诊且考虑选择人工流产的女性均被纳入研究

Inclusion criteria

All women who presented for care due to an unintended pregnancy and were considering induced abortion were included in the study

排除标准：

1.存在医学指征需终止妊娠的情况（如孕妇健康风险或胎儿异常）； 2.经临床评估存在严重精神疾病（如活动性精神病、重度认知障碍）导致无法有效沟通者； 3.孕周超过当地法定终止妊娠期限者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cases where there are medical indications for termination of pregnancy (e.g., risks to maternal health or fetal abnormalities); 2. Individuals with severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., active psychosis, severe cognitive impairment) as clinically assessed, rendering effective communication impossible; 3. Gestational age exceeding the local legal limit for termination of pregnancy.
