研究目的:

本研究旨在基于人体颅脑标本模型,系统评价团队自主研发的核磁兼容脑神经穿刺手术机器人系统的应用有效性与操作精度。研究将模拟两种核心神经外科术式——脑组织活检术和脑深部电刺激(DBS)电极植入术,以期为该机器人系统的后续临床转化提供更贴近人体应用的可靠实验依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to systematically evaluate the application effectiveness and operational accuracy of the nuclear magnetic compatibility brain nerve puncture surgical robot system independently developed by our team based on human brain specimen models. The study will simulate two core neurosurgical procedures - brain tissue biopsy and deep brain stimulation (DBS) electrode implantation, with the expectation of providing more reliable experimental evidence for the subsequent clinical application of this robot system that is closer to human use.

纳入标准:

1.具有完整的捐赠同意书;
2.无已知的传染性疾病及颅内感染病史;
3.颅骨结构完整;

Inclusion criteria

1.With a complete donation consent form;
2.There is no known history of infectious diseases or intracranial infections.
3.The skull structure is intact.

排除标准:

1.存在MRI扫描禁忌(如非核磁兼容金属异物);
2.存在严重颅脑畸形;

Exclusion criteria:

1.There are contraindications for MRI scans (such as non-magnetic-compatible metallic foreign objects);
2.There is a severe cranial and brain malformation.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

所有数据将使用预先设计的、标准化的电子数据采集表进行记录,确保数据格式统一。影像数据和机器人日志文件将自动保存,避免手动转录错误。存储介质: 所有电子数据将存储在单位指定的安全加密服务器上。 数据匿名化: 所有数据在录入后,将立即进行匿名化处理,移除与颅脑标本供体身份相关的任何个人信息(如编号、姓名等),仅使用系统生成的唯一研究编号进行标识。 备份策略: 实行“3-2-1”备份原则:至少保留3个数据副本,使用2种不同存储介质(如服务器硬盘、移动加密硬盘),其中1个副本进行异地备份。备份周期为每周一次。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All data will be recorded using a pre-designed and standardized electronic data collection form to ensure uniform data format. Image data and robot log files will be automatically saved to prevent errors from manual transcription. Storage medium: All electronic data will be stored on the secure encrypted server designated by the unit. Data anonymization: After being entered, all data will be immediately anonymized, removing any personal information related to the identity of the brain specimen donors (such as numbers, names, etc.), and only using the unique research number generated by the system for identification. Backup Strategy: Implement the "3-2-1" backup principle: Keep at least 3 data copies, using 2 different storage media (such as server hard drives, portable encrypted hard drives), and store 1 copy in an off-site location. The backup cycle is once a week.
