研究目的：

1）本研究采用描述性分析、间断时间序列分析研究集采政策后抗菌药物使用变化：系统梳理集采政策实施前后抗菌药物使用量、使用金额、品种结构等关键指标的变化情况，精确刻画政策干预效果及其带来的阶段性转变和长期趋势，为政策效果评估提供量化依据。 2）采用质性访谈研究方法，深入探究集采背景下医生抗菌药物处方行为的驱动机制与影响因素：通过与临床医生开展半结构式访谈，深入挖掘医生在政策背景下抗菌药物处方决策的内在逻辑、价值考量和实践困境，揭示政策执行过程中临床医生层面存在的影响因素，明晰处方行为变化的驱动机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.In this study, descriptive analysis and intermittent time series analysis were used to study the changes in the use of antibiotics after the implementation of the centralized procurement policy. The changes of key indicators such as the amount of antibiotics used, the amount of money used, and the variety structure before and after the implementation of the centralized procurement policy were systematically sorted out, and the effect of policy intervention and its phased changes and long-term trends were accurately described, providing a quantitative basis for policy effect evaluation. 2. Qualitative interview research method was used to deeply explore the driving mechanism and influencing factors of doctors ' antimicrobial prescription behavior under the background of centralized collection. Through semi-structured interviews with clinicians, the internal logic, value considerations and practical dilemmas of doctors ' antimicrobial prescription decision-making under the policy background were deeply explored, the influencing factors at the level of clinicians in the process of policy implementation were revealed, and the driving mechanism of prescription behavior changes was clarified.

纳入标准：

a)研究期间在目标科室住院≥24小时； b)病历中完整记录抗菌药物使用信息（药品名称、剂量、疗程）； c)入院时间处于政策前/后观察期内；

Inclusion criteria

1.Hospitalization in the target department >=24 hours during the study period ; 2.Complete records of antimicrobial drug use information ( drug name, dosage, course of treatment ) in medical records ; 3.The admission time was in the pre- / post-policy observation period.

排除标准：

a)病历关键信息缺失≥20%（如诊断、用药记录）； b)终末期患者（预期生存<72h）； c)同一患者在政策前入院、政策后出院；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Missing key information of medical records >= 20 % ( such as diagnosis and medication records ) ; 2.End-stage patients ( expected survival < 72h ) ; 3.The same patient was admitted to hospital before the policy and discharged after the policy.
