研究目的：

1. 本研究以射血分数降低心力衰竭（HFrEF）患者作为研究对象，旨在探讨通过血管造影微血管阻力（AMR）评估的冠状动脉微血管功能障碍（CMD）与1年内心力衰竭再入院（RHF）的发生之间的关系。 2.探讨通过血管造影微血管阻力（AMR）评估的冠状动脉微血管功能障碍（CMD）与心衰患者1年内MACE事件之间的关系。 3.识别高危人群，为早期干预、早期治疗提供理论依据，为减少此类患者不良事件发生、提高患者的生存率及生活质量提供新的可能思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study focuses on patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and aims to explore the relationship between coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) assessed by vascular microvascular resistance (AMR) and the occurrence of heart failure readmission (RHF) within one year. 2. Explore the relationship between coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) assessed by vascular microvascular resistance (AMR) and MACE events within one year in heart failure patients. 3. Identify high-risk populations, provide theoretical basis for early intervention and treatment, and offer new possible ideas for reducing the occurrence of adverse events in such patients, improving their survival rate and quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18岁（2）符合2017年AHA/ACC/HFSA心力衰竭管理指南的诊断标准，LVEF<40%（3）冠状动脉造影无明显狭窄患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>18 years old; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2017 AHA/ACC/HFSA Heart Failure Management Guidelines, LVEF<40%; 3.Patients without significant stenosis on coronary angiography.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、风湿性和免疫性疾病以及严重血液系统疾病（2）冠状动脉造影图像质量差，无法进行后处理（3）心肌病排除肥心（4）临床相关数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combining severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, rheumatic and immune diseases, and severe hematological disorders; 2.Poor quality of coronary angiography images that cannot be processed; 3.Exclusion of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 4.Missing clinical data.
