研究目的：

本研究旨在探究为期四十天的每日正念练习（Mindfulness Daily）对护理本科新生情绪健康的调节作用及其潜在生理机制，并探索一种可有效提升其心理健康水平且具有高可行性的干预范式。研究将结合主观问卷评估（抑郁-焦虑-压力量表等）和客观心电（Electrocardiogram，ECG）技术，综合考察干预效果及其生理基础。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effect of a 40-day Daily Mindfulness practice on the emotional health of freshmen in undergraduate nursing and its potential physiological mechanism, and to explore an intervention paradigm that can effectively improve their mental health level and is highly feasible. The research will combine subjective questionnaire assessment (such as Depression-Anxiety-Stress scales, etc.) and Electrocardiogram (ECG) techniques to comprehensively examine the intervention effect and its physiological mechanism.

纳入标准：

1. 护理学专业一年级本科生； 2.自愿参加； 3.当前未被诊断为精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. First-year undergraduate students majoring in nursing; 2. Voluntary participation; 3. Has not been diagnosed with mental illness at present.

排除标准：

1.其他专业、其他年级或非本科层次； 2.目前正在接受心理咨询或其他心理治疗； 3.目前正在服用精神类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other majors, other grades or non-undergraduate level; 2. Currently receiving psychological counseling or other psychological treatments; 3. Currently taking psychotropic drugs.
