Feasibility Assessment??: Estimate recruitment rate, retention rate, and intervention fidelity for a packaging-based visual storytelling sticker intervention in antibiotic dispensing workflows across tertiary hospitals in KPK Pakistan. ??Exploratory Effectiveness??: Quantify preliminary differences in antibiotic adherence (via pill count) between intervention and control groups to inform sample size calculations for a future definitive trial.

Inclusion criteria

The participants in the current study were adults, physician-confirmed patients with uncomplicated UTIs. The inclusion criteria for the patients were: 1. Physician-confirmed uncomplicated UTI diagnosis 2. Prescribed oral antibiotic therapy (tablets or capsules) 3. Obtained their prescribed medication 4. Willing to participate.

Randomization was conducted separately for each participating hospital using block randomization with a fixed block size of six. A unique randomization list for each hospital was generated in ??R using the ‘blockrand’ package by an independent researcher (I.H)?? who was not involved in participant recruitment or intervention delivery. To ensure allocation concealment, the randomization sequence was utilized using ??sequentially numbered, opaque, sealed envelopes (SNOSE)??, which were opened only after a participant was deemed eligible and consented.
