本研究旨在探讨中国康复治疗师对于数字健康技术的看法，以期为数字健康技术在康复治疗领域的推广和应用提供科学依据和实践指导。通过深入了解康复治疗师的需求和期望，可以更好地设计和优化数字健康服务平台，提高数字健康服务的质量和效果，从而更好地满足患者的康复需求。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of the study is to explore the perceptions of Chinese rehabilitation therapists towards digital health technologies, with a view to providing scientific basis and practical guidance for the promotion and application of digital health technologies in the field of rehabilitation therapy. By gaining a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of rehabilitation therapists, the digital health service platform can be better designed and optimised, and the quality and effectiveness of digital health services can be improved, thus better meeting the rehabilitation needs of patients.

1. 持有由国家卫生健康委员会和人力资源和社会保障部颁发的康复治疗资格证书； 2. 在中国提供康复治疗临床服务的康复治疗师。

Inclusion criteria

1. Holding a qualification certificate in rehabilitation therapy issued by the National Health Commission and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. 2. Rehabilitation therapists providing rehabilitation therapy clinical services in China.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集工具为电子问卷。我们使用专业的在线问卷调查平台（例如：问卷星）生成电子版病例报告表（e-CRF）。所有问卷条目均设置必答选项和逻辑校验，以减少数据缺失和逻辑错误。参与者在知情同意后，通过扫描二维码或点击专属链接在线访问问卷并填写。数据将直接录入在线系统，避免二次转录错误。采集到的数据将进行电子化录入。原始数据文件将立即上传至受密码保护的加密服务器进行备份。所有电子文件均进行加密和匿名化处理，去除任何能直接识别参与者身份的信息，仅以研究编号作为唯一标识符。数据访问权限将严格限制在研究团队成员范围内，并设置不同等级。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection tool employed in this study was an electronic questionnaire. We utilised a professional online survey platform (e.g., Wen juan xing) to generate electronic case report forms (e-CRFs). All questionnaire items were configured with mandatory response options and logical validation to minimise data omissions and logical errors. Following informed consent, participants accessed and completed the questionnaire online by scanning a QR code or clicking a dedicated link. Data was entered directly into the online system, eliminating errors from secondary transcription. Collected data underwent electronic data entry. Raw data files were immediately uploaded to a password-protected, encrypted server for backup. All electronic files were encrypted and anonymised, removing any information directly identifying participants, with only a unique study identifier retained. Data access was strictly restricted to research team members, with tiered permissions established.
