研究目的：

通过恐惧-回避理论模型探讨老年TKA患者跌倒恐惧的影响因素，对老年TKA患者术后跌倒恐惧水平进行纵向研究，探究其跌倒恐惧水平的变化轨迹并分析不同时间点的的影响因素的异同；采用潜类别增长模型来探讨老年TKA患者跌倒恐惧轨迹是否存在人群异质性，以及关于老年TKA患者跌倒恐惧轨迹不同人群异质性亚组的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the fear-avoidance theoretical framework, this study explored determinants of fear of falling in elderly patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). We conducted a longitudinal assessment of postoperative fear of falling to characterize its trajectory over time and to compare influencing factors at distinct follow-up points. Furthermore, a latent class growth model was employed to investigate population heterogeneity in fear-of-falling trajectories and to identify subgroup-specific predictors within this cohort.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁，首次接受单侧全膝关节置换术； 2.患者沟通能力良好，意识清楚，可配合问卷调查； 3.知情并同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=60 years old, first unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. The patient has good communication skills, clear awareness, and can cooperate with the questionnaire; 3. Informed and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.既往存在下肢手术史； 2.病情危重或合并严重心、脑、肾等重要脏器功能障碍； 3.存在严重的认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of lower limb surgery; 2. Critical illness or severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, brain, and kidney; 3. Those with severe cognitive impairment.
