研究目的：

（1）系统了解我国高危儿父母养育照护现状、育儿胜任感水平及高危儿早期发展情况，明确父母养育照护行为与育儿胜任感之间的关系。 （2）形成一套科学实用、可推广的高危儿家庭养育支持方案，提高高危儿父母养育照护能力和育儿胜任感，促进高危儿的早期健康发育。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Systematically understand the current situation of parenting and care for parents of high-risk infants in China, their level of parenting competence, and the early development of high-risk infants, and clarify the relationship between parents' parenting and care behaviors and their sense of parenting competence. 2. Develop a set of scientific, practical and scalable family support plans for high-risk infants, enhance the parenting and care capabilities of parents of high-risk infants and their sense of competence in child-rearing, and promote the early healthy development of high-risk infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①在昆明市某三甲医院出生，根据“高危儿童风险因素分类管理检查表”检查出的Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类高危儿；②出生体重≥1000g。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children born in a tertiary hospital in Kunming and identified as Class II or Class III high-risk infants based on the "High-Risk Children Risk Factor Classification Management Checklist"; 2. Birth weight >=1000g.

排除标准：

严重缺氧缺血性脑病、明显先天畸形、严重的遗传代谢病、胆红素脑病等可能影响发育的严重疾病患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, obvious congenital malformations, severe genetic metabolic diseases, bilirubin encephalopathy and other serious diseases that may affect development.
