编制老年人数字健康素养的干预方案。通过实证研究评价老年人数字健康素养干预方案的可行性并验证其有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop an intervention program for digital health literacy for older adults. Evaluate the feasibility and validate the effectiveness of a digital health literacy intervention program for older adults through empirical research.

纳入标准：

①年龄在60岁以上；②全年居家时间≥6个月；③具备正常的沟通和理解能力；④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书;⑤会使用智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 60 years or older; 2.Home for >=6 months throughout the year; 3.With normal communication and comprehension skills; 4.Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form; 5.Could use a smartphone.

排除标准：

①有精神疾病；②中途退出研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having a mental illness; 2.Withdrawing from the study in the middle of the study.

研究人员将研究对象按社区（四个社区）采用随机数字表法进行随机分组，分为两个群组，每个群组两个社区，然后对两个组群实施不同的干预措施，以比较不同组群间的干预效果。

The researchers randomly grouped the study participants by community (four communities) into two clusters of two communities each using the random number table method and then implemented different interventions for the two clusters in order to compare the effectiveness of the interventions between the different clusters.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据处理由专业的数据处理人员进行,包括问卷数据的录入与分析。数据处理应该保证数据的准确性、完整性和可靠性,并采用适当的统计方法进行分析。研究过程中产生的所有资料保存在加密的计算机中,以保证数据的完整性和可靠性。为了保障数据的安全性和可靠性,将会对资料进行备份。备份保存在不同的地点和设备中,以防止数据丢失或损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data processing is carried out by professional data processors, including the entry and analysis of questionnaire data. Data processing should ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the data and analyze them using appropriate statistical methods. All information generated during the research process is stored in an encrypted computer to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data. Backups will be made to ensure data security and reliability. The backups will be kept in different locations and equipment to prevent data loss or corruption.
