研究目的：

本研究旨在通过一项随机对照试验，评估患者自行于睿兵Agent提问萎缩性胃炎相关问题，相较于患者自我检索是否对萎缩性胃炎患者疾病认知情况有所改善，并验证其临床应用价值。本研究旨在为大语言模型在改善患者健康教育方面的应用提供有力的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate, through a randomized controlled trial, whether patients' self-directed inquiries about atrophic gastritis using the Rui Bing Agent improve disease awareness in patients with atrophic gastritis compared to patients' self-searching, and to validate its clinical application value. This study aims to provide robust evidence-based medical evidence for the application of large language models in improving patient health education.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胃镜检查由认证内镜医师判定为萎缩性胃炎（白光内镜特征符合标准）； 2.不合并其它上消化道疾病 3.无上消化道手术史 4.年龄>=18岁

Inclusion criteria

1.Gastroscopy examination by a certified endoscopist diagnosed as atrophic gastritis (white light endoscopy characteristics meet the criteria); 2.No other upper gastrointestinal diseases 3.No history of upper gastrointestinal surgery 4.Age >=18 years

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与研究者 2.不能按期随访者或不能与研究者配合者 3.参与了其他可能影响本研究结果的临床试验 4.正在接受其他癌症治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refusal to participate in the study 2.Inability to attend follow-up appointments on schedule or inability to cooperate with the researcher 3.Participation in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study 4.Currently undergoing other cancer treatments

本研究采用中央随机化的方法，由四川大学华西医院不参与患者选择和治疗的研究助理利用计算机生成196个随机数，并根据随机数大小分为睿兵辅助组与非睿兵辅助组(各98例)，并保存于单独的计算机中

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study used a centralized randomization method. Research assistants from West China Hospital of Sichuan University who were not involved in patient selection or treatment used a computer to generate 196 random numbers. Based on the size of the random numbers, the patients were divided into a Ruibing-assisted group and a non-Ruibing-assisted group (98 cases each), and the data was stored on a separate computer.

During the patient follow-up phase, patient grouping information will be concealed from questionnaire distributors to ensure blinding of follow-up data collectors. During the data analysis phase, grouping information will be coded (e.g., Group A/Group B) until the primary analysis is completed to ensure blinding of data analysts.
