研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是运用漂移扩散模型系统比较精神分裂症患者、重性抑郁障碍患者和健康对照组在抑制控制任务中的认知加工差异，从而阐明这两种精神障碍中抑制控制缺陷的计算机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to systematically compare the cognitive processing differences in inhibitory control tasks among patients with schizophrenia, patients with major depressive disorder, and healthy controls using drift diffusion modeling, thereby clarifying the computational mechanisms underlying inhibitory control deficits in these two psychiatric disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

精神分裂症组和重度抑郁障碍组： （1）年龄18-65岁； （2）符合ICD-10诊断标准（精神分裂症：F20；重度抑郁障碍：F32/F33），并经SCID确认； （3）临床状态相对稳定，能够配合完成研究程序； （4）具备基本的理解和交流能力，能够理解任务指导语并完成实验任务； （5）自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。 健康对照组： （1）年龄18-65岁； （2）无精神障碍病史，无精神疾病一级亲属家族史； （3）无严重躯体疾病或神经系统疾病史； （4）自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

For schizophrenia and major depressive disorder groups: (1) Age between 18 and 65 years; (2) Meet ICD-10 diagnostic criteria (Schizophrenia: F20; Major Depressive Disorder: F32/F33), confirmed by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM (SCID); (3) Relatively stable clinical status and able to complete study procedures; (4) Have basic understanding and communication abilities, able to comprehend task instructions and complete experimental tasks; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent. For healthy control group: (1) Age between 18 and 65 years; (2) No history of psychiatric disorders and no first-degree family history of psychiatric illness; (3) No serious physical diseases or neurological disorders; (4) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）存在严重躯体疾病，如未控制的心血管疾病、癫痫、恶性肿瘤等； （2）视力或听力障碍，矫正后视力低于0.8； （3）有脑器质性疾病史，如脑外伤、脑卒中、脑炎等； （4）近6个月内有酒精或其他物质滥用或依赖史； （5）近3个月内参加过其他临床研究； （6）因认知功能严重受损或症状急性发作而无法配合完成研究程序。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Presence of serious physical diseases such as uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, malignant tumors, etc. (2) Visual or auditory impairment, corrected vision less than 0.8 (3) History of organic brain diseases such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, encephalitis, etc. (4) History of alcohol or other substance abuse or dependence within the past 6 months (5) Participation in other clinical studies within the past 3 months (6) Unable to complete study procedures due to severe cognitive impairment or acute symptom exacerbation
