研究目的：

（1）确定伤椎椎弓根螺钉长度范围； （2）确定穿刺点及穿刺角度的参数范围； （3）设计出穿刺导航器，申请专利； （4）多中心推广应用该技术，总结手术适应症、手术技巧、手术优势和不足等； （5）通过会议、论文交流、短视频等多形式推广该技术；  

Objectives of Study：

1.Determine the length range of the pedicle screws for the injured vertebra; 2.Determine the parameter range for the puncture point and puncture angle; 3.Design a puncture navigator and apply for a patent; 4.Promote and apply this technique in multiple centers, and summarize the surgical indications, techniques, advantages, and limitations; 5.Promote this technique through various formats such as conferences, paper exchanges, and short videos.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.均有明确外伤史； 2.新鲜单节段胸腰段（T11~L2）骨折（病程<2 周）； 3.椎体后壁破裂或椎管占位<30%； 4.无神经损伤； 5.双能 X 线吸收测定法测定骨密度T 值均≤－2.5 SD。

Inclusion criteria

1. There is a clear history of trauma; 2. Fresh single-segment thoracolumbar (T11~L2) fractures (disease course <2 weeks); 3. Rupture of the posterior vertebral wall or spinal canal occupation <30%; 4. No neurological damage; 5. Bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry shows T value <=-2.5 SD.

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折； 2.拒绝或不能耐受全身麻醉手术； 3.失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fracture; 2. Refusal of or inability to tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 3. Loss to follow-up.
