研究目的：

1、PBC并发症发生的影响因素：比较原发性胆汁性胆管炎患者与慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者在门脉高压并发症发生率上的差异，并分析PBC并发症的影响因素。 2、原发性胆汁性胆管炎的远期预后评估：评估PBC的远期预后，探讨PBC患者的生存率及影响生存的相关因素，以期提供更准确的预后信息。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Factors affecting the occurrence of PBC complications: Compare the incidence of portal hypertension complications between patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and those with chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis, and analyze the factors influencing PBC complications. 2. Long-term prognosis assessment of primary biliary cholangitis: Evaluate the long-term prognosis of PBC, explore the survival rates of PBC patients and the factors affecting survival, in order to provide more accurate prognostic information.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病例组：收集2008年至2023年北京地坛医院收治的PBC患者作为病例组。纳入标准：(1).原发性胆汁性胆管炎或肝硬化，(2).年龄≥18岁。 2.对照组：收集2008年至2023年北京地坛医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化作为对照组。纳入标准：(1).慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化，(2).年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Case group: Collected patients with PBC admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital from 2008 to 2023 as the case group. Inclusion criteria: (1). Primary biliary cholangitis or cirrhosis;(2). Age >= 18 years. 2. Control group: Collected patients with chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital from 2008 to 2023 as the control group. Inclusion criteria: (1). Chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis; (2). Age >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1.病例组排除标准：(1).排除病毒性肝炎及肝硬化、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝炎及肝硬化、药物性肝病、肝豆状核变性、原发性硬化性胆管炎、肝窦阻塞综合征、布加综合征等其他肝病;(2).排除肝细胞癌以外的恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾病；(3).临床数据不完善。 2.对照组排除标准：(1).排除原发性胆汁性胆管炎及肝硬化、其他病毒性肝炎肝硬化、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝炎及肝硬化、药物性肝病、肝豆状核变性、原发性硬化性胆管炎、肝窦阻塞综合征、布加综合征等其他肝病；(2).排除肝细胞癌以外的恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾病；(3).临床数据不完善。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for the case group: (1).Exclusion of viral hepatitis and cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis and cirrhosis, drug-induced liver injury, Wilson’s disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis, hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome, Budd-Chiari syndrome, or other liver diseases; (2). Exclusion of malignant tumors other than hepatocellular carcinoma, and severe cardiopulmonary diseases; (3). Incomplete clinical data. 2.Exclusion criteria for the control group: (1). Exclusion of viral hepatitis and cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis and cirrhosis, drug-induced liver injury, Wilson’s disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis, hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome, Budd-Chiari syndrome, or other liver diseases; (2).
