研究目的：

1.比较用经口腔前庭入路、胸乳入路治疗甲状腺乳头状癌的不同点； 2.评估经胸、经口的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the differences between the transoral vestibular approach and the breast approach in the treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma; 2.Evaluate the safety and feasibility of the two different approaches.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肿瘤直径小于3cm； 2.经石蜡病理诊断为分化型甲状腺癌（T1、T2）； 3.甲状腺功能正常； 4.无甲状腺外侵犯、侧方转移或远处转移。

Inclusion criteria

1. Tumor diameter is less than 3 cm; 2. Diagnosed as differentiated thyroid carcinoma via paraffin pathology (T1, T2); 3. Normal thyroid function; 4. No extrathyroidal invasion, lateral metastasis, or distant metastasis.

排除标准：

1.有侧方或远处转移； 2.甲状腺外侵犯（T3-T4）； 3.转移淋巴结大于3cm； 4.既往颈部放射； 5.第二原发恶性肿瘤或肿瘤未完全切除的患者； 6.有侵袭性组织学变异的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of lateral or distant metastasis; 2. Extrathyroidal invasion (T3-T4); 3. Metastatic lymph nodes larger than 3 cm; 4. History of neck radiation; 5. Patients with a second primary malignancy or incomplete tumor resection; 6. Patients with aggressive histological variants.
