研究目的：

本研究旨在全面分析老年住院患者营养相关性皮肤衰竭的危险因素，构建预测模型并进行验证，为今后制定有效的皮肤衰竭评估工具、营养干预措施提供理论依据，以改善老年患者的临床结局和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the risk factors for nutrition-associated skin failure in hospitalized elderly patients, develop and validate a corresponding prediction model. It seeks to provide a theoretical foundation for creating effective skin failure assessment tools and nutritional interventions in the future, ultimately improving clinical outcomes and quality of life for geriatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60 岁； 2.病人家属签署知情同意书； 3.入住老年科时间＞1w。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. The patient's family member signs the informed consent form; 3. Duration of stay in the geriatrics department > 1w.

排除标准：

1.入住 ICU 时存在压力性损伤、皮肤感染和皮肤衰竭； 2.病情恶化和终末期患者； 3.病史资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pressure injuries, skin infections, and skin failure are present upon admission to the ICU; 2. Patients with deteriorating conditions and at the terminal stage; 3. Patients with incomplete medical history information.
