研究目的：

本研究以位于淮河流域下游的食管癌高发区为研究区域，建立食管癌特征性原位微生物谱，分析口腔微生物组与食管微生物组的关系，评价口腔微生物到食管的转移能力，建立基于口腔微生物组的食管癌早期筛检体系；构建基于口腔微生物的食管微生物组干预方案，重建良好的食管微生态，改善机体免疫调节功能，开启食管癌防治工作的新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on a high-incidence area for esophageal cancer located in the lower reaches of the Huai River Basin. It aims to establish a characteristic in situ microbial profile of esophageal cancer, analyze the relationship between the oral and esophageal microbiomes, and assess the potential for oral microbes to translocate to the esophagus. Based on these findings, an early screening system for esophageal cancer using the oral microbiome will be developed. Additionally, the study will construct an oral-microbiome-based intervention strategy for the esophageal microbiome, aiming to restore a healthy esophageal microecology and improve immune regulation, thereby opening new avenues for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.

纳入标准：

病例人群：经病理或内镜诊断明确的原发性食管鳞状细胞癌患者，在高发区居住 20 年以上的汉族居民。 对照人群：按 1:1 配对原则，选择同性别、年龄相差±5 岁、当地常住汉族居民作为对照人群。 知情同意书内容，并同意参加

Inclusion criteria

Case population: Patients with primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by pathology or endoscopy, and Han residents who have lived in high-risk areas for more than 20 years. Control population: According to the 1:1 matching principle, select Han residents of the same gender, with an age difference of +/- 5 years, and local permanent residents as the control population. Informed consent form content, and agree to participate

排除标准：

1.取样前接受过化疗或者放疗患者。 2.妊娠期或哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before sampling. 2. Pregnant or lactating patients.
