研究目的：

（1）通过潜变量增长模型识别首发胰腺炎患者出院后6个月内的自我管理一般变化轨迹并基于潜类别增长混合模型识别其不同亚群的异质性发展轨迹的潜在亚组；探讨首发胰腺炎患者一般人口学、疾病相关资料和相关变量对不同潜类别自我管理轨迹的预测作用。 （2）探究急性胰腺炎患者疾病复发过程中自我管理的真实体验，了解其在疾病管理中遇到的问题和需求，分析复发患者自我管理轨迹的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the general change trajectory of self-management within 6 months after discharge in patients with first-onset pancreatitis through latent growth models, and based on latent class growth mixture models, identify the potential subgroups of heterogeneous development trajectories of different subgroups; explore the predictive effects of general demographic, disease-related data and related variables of patients with first-onset pancreatitis on different latent class self-management trajectories. 2. Explore the real experiences of self-management during the disease recurrence process in patients with acute pancreatitis, understand the problems and needs they encounter in disease management, and analyze the influencing factors of self-management trajectories in recurrent patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁； 2.符合《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南（2021 年）》[5]中关于急性胰腺炎的诊断标准的患者，且为首次发病。AP 诊断标准包括以下 3 项，符合其中 2 项即可诊断为 AP：①上腹部持续性疼痛。②血清淀粉酶和（或）脂肪酶浓度至少高于正常上限值 3 倍。③腹部影像学检查结果显示符合急性胰腺炎影像学改变（胰腺水肿或胰周渗出积液）； 3.意识清楚，过去或现在无严重精神病史、认知障碍； 4.自愿同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2021)" [5], and who are experiencing their first episode. The diagnostic criteria for AP include the following three items, with a diagnosis of AP confirmed if any two are met: (1) Persistent pain in the upper abdomen; (2) Serum amylase and/or lipase levels at least three times the upper limit of normal; (3) Abdominal imaging results showing changes consistent with acute pancreatitis (pancreatic edema or peripancreatic fluid collection); 3. Conscious, with no history of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, past or present; 4. Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.需外科手术治疗的胰腺炎；
2.患有其他严重疾病者，如心、肝、肺、肾功能不全及恶性肿瘤等；
3.处于妊娠期或哺乳期；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pancreatitis requiring surgical treatment; 2.Those with other serious diseases, such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney insufficiency, as well as malignant tumors; 3.During pregnancy or lactation.
