探究光疗对延迟满足能力的调节作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the effect of light exposure on the regulation of delay discounting behavior.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

通过计算问卷量表分数，筛选同时满足延迟满足量表总分的倒数 35%和 SES 总分的倒数 35%。

Inclusion criteria

By calculating the scores of the questionnaire scale, screen out the bottom 35% of both the total score of the delayed satisfaction scale and the bottom 35% of the total score of the SES.

排除标准：

认知障碍、精神障碍(如抑郁、焦虑、精神分裂症和物质使用障碍)；报告眼科手术、使用光敏药物或视网膜病变等眼部疾病；近 3 个月接受过认知行为干预或药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Cognitive impairment, mental disorders (such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and substance use disorder); Report eye diseases such as ophthalmic surgeries, the use of photosensitive drugs or retinopathy; Received cognitive behavioral intervention or drug treatment in the past three months.
