通过2周中等强度有氧运动的方案设计，探究2周有氧运动对阈下抑郁大学生认知功能及潜在脑机制的影响，为抑郁症的早期防治提供理论依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a two-week, moderate-intensity aerobic-exercise protocol to examine the effects of such training on cognitive performance and the underlying neural mechanisms in college students with subthreshold depression, thereby furnishing both theoretical and practical guidance for the early prevention and treatment of major depressive disorder.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-28岁,女性（因男性样本不足,本研究暂限女性）； 2.BDI-II得分14-29分（阈下抑郁范围）,间隔两周复测结果稳定； 3.右利手,色觉正常,无精神疾病史及运动禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-28 years old, female (Due to insufficient male samples, this study is temporarily limited to females); 2. The BDI-II score ranged from 14 to 29 points (subthreshold depression range), and the retest results were stable after an interval of two weeks. 3. Right-handed, normal color vision, no history of mental illness or contraindications to exercise.

排除标准：

1.当前或既往MDD或其他严重精神疾病（如双相障碍、精神分裂症）； 2.近三个月内肢体创伤或运动系统疾病； 3.酒精或药物依赖史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Current or past MDD or other serious mental disorders (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia); 2. Limb trauma or musculoskeletal disorders within the last three months; 3. History of alcohol or drug dependence.

Prior to release, the dataset will be reviewed by the relevant institutional office to ensure that no information permitting identification of individual participants is present.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用电子化数据采集与管理为主、纸质材料为辅的模式。所有主要数据（包括fNIRS脑功能数据、量表评分等）均通过电子化系统直接采集，仅部分辅助问卷（如知情同意书、基本信息问卷）保留纸质原件。这些纸质材料经扫描后以加密PDF格式存储于课题组专用加密硬盘，原始纸质文件在扫描完成后立即销毁。电子数据通过密码保护的课题组服务器统一管理，实行分级访问权限控制：原始数据仅项目负责人和指定数据分析师可访问，去标识化数据供研究组成员按需使用。系统设置自动备份和操作日志功能，所有数据调取记录留存备查。研究结束后，电子数据将保留5年，期间可通过项目负责人申请合规使用。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employs an electronic - based approach for data collection and management, supplemented by paper - based materials when necessary.All primary data, including fNIRS - derived brain - functional data and scale - assessment scores, are directly collected via electronic systems. Only certain auxiliary surveys, such as informed - consent forms and basic - information questionnaires, are preserved in their original paper format.Upon completion of digitization, these materials are securely stored as encrypted PDF files on a dedicated encrypted hard drive belonging to the research team. The original paper copies are immediately destroyed after scanning.The electronic data are centrally managed on a password - protected research - team server. We implement a tiered - access - control mechanism: Only the project leader and designated data analysts have access to the raw data, while de - identified data are available to research - team members as needed.The system is equipped with automatic - backup and operation - log functions. All records of data retrieval are kept on file for future reference.After the study concludes, the electronic data will be retained for five years. During this period, compliant use of the data can be requested through the project leader.
