研究目的：

本研究通过文献综述法汇总以往住院患者跌倒预防的干预策略，并基于行为改变轮理论构建适用于住院年轻老年人跌倒预防的干预策略，评价其应用效果，以降低住院年轻老年人跌倒发生率，提升住院患者安全管理水平，助力健康老龄化行动。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compiles previous intervention strategies for preventing inpatient falls through a literature review. Based on the Behaviour Change Wheel (BCW) theory, it constructs intervention strategies suitable for preventing falls among young-old inpatients. The study then evaluates the application effectiveness of these strategies, aiming to reduce the fall incidence rate in hospitalized young-old adults, enhance inpatient safety management, and support Healthy Ageing initiatives.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在60－74岁之间，符合WHO中关于年轻老年人的界定标准； 2.患者意识清晰，能进行沟通交流； 3.生命体征平稳； 4.知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 60–74 years, in accordance with WHO's definition of young elderly; 2. Patient is conscious and able to communicate; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. Informed consent obtained, voluntarily participates.

排除标准：

1.合并严重脏器功能不全者、合并严重慢性病并发症等疾病; 2.严重营养不良者; 3.阿尔兹海默症患者（MMSE评分<=24 分）; 4.长期卧床者; 5.导致位置觉障碍的神经系统疾病，如多发性神经炎等.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe multi-organ dysfunction or severe chronic disease complications; 2. Individuals with severe malnutrition; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease (MMSE score <= 24); 4. Individuals who are bedridden for a long time; 5. Neurological diseases that cause proprioceptive disorders, such as polyneuritis.
