研究目的:

虚拟教学是一种高效的体验性教学形式,也是目前最具潜力的教学方式,但该教学方式的效果仍不明确,本研究的目的是研究沉浸式虚拟训练认知、情感、行为的交互作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Virtual teaching is an efficient form of experiential teaching and the most promising teaching method at present, but the effect of this teaching method is still unclear, the purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction mechanism of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral effects of immersive virtual training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

因本研究主要采用鼻胃管置管虚拟系统进行训练,因此所有研究的纳排标准均一致 (1)在四川大学华西医院工作的临床护士或四川大学华西护理学院大三及以上护理专业在校学生;(2)同意参与本研究;

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical nurses working at West China Hospital of Sichuan University or current nursing students in their junior year or above at West China College of Nursing of Sichuan University; 2. agreed to participate in this study;

排除标准:

1.参加过任何形式虚拟训练的人员; 2.无法保证完成整个研究的人员; 3.经评估和筛查有神经系统相关疾病、色盲证、视听障碍、学习障碍、手部运动功能障碍等参与者; 4.晕动病评估量表评估患有眼动和定向障碍的参与者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Persons who have participated in any form of virtual training; 2. Persons who could not be assured of completing the entire study; 3. Participants who were assessed and screened for neurologically related disorders, evidence of color blindness, visual and auditory impairments, learning disabilities, and hand motor dysfunction; 4. Participants with oculomotor and orientation disorders as assessed by the Motion Sickness Assessment Scale.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

在基线阶段,实验组和对照组的参与者完成了前测鼻胃管知识评估。在后测阶段,参与者完成了认知负荷量表、知识评估表等主观和客观评估。评估采用问卷的方式进行数据收集,收集完成后采用双人录入,保证数据的准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

At baseline, participants in the experimental and control groups completed a pretest nasogastric tube knowledge assessment. During the posttest phase, participants completed subjective and objective assessments such as the Cognitive Load Scale and the Knowledge Assessment Scale. The assessment was conducted using a questionnaire for data collection, which was completed using two-person entry to ensure data accuracy.
