研究目的：

调查老年人身体活动、久坐、睡眠行为特征偏好及规律；深入揭示老年人 24 小时活动行为对老年认知结局的影响，探索其影响路径机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the characteristics of physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep of the elderly; and to explore the impact of the 24-hour movement behaviors on cognitive outcomes as well as the underlying mechanism in older adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60 岁；②居住在社区；③基本日常生活活动能力完好；④同意参与调查。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 60 or over; 2.Residing in the communities; 3.Intact ability basic daily living activities; 4.Giving informed consent.

排除标准：

拟排除已确诊的痴呆患者；严重精神障碍无法配合调查者； 疾病终末期患者；以及重度视、听障碍无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with confirmed dementia, those with severe mental disorders who cannot cooperate with the investigators, patients at the end stage of the disease, and those with severe visual or auditory impairments who cannot cooperate with the investigation will be excluded.
