Objectives of Study:

Understand nursing students' cognitive needs regarding death education and palliative care education; Design and validate the teaching plan for the "Palliative Care" extracurricular program; Explore the course's impact on nursing students' palliative care practice skills, compassionate care abilities, and ideological and political literacy.

纳入标准:

(1)于研究场所实习的在校学生,专业为护理,实习≥3个月。 (2)知情同意,自愿参加研究;

Inclusion criteria

(1) Current students majoring in nursing who are completing an internship at the research site for >=3 months. (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准:

(1)病假或事假≥3个月; (2)研究期间中途退学或退出实习者; (3)研究过程中,受试者自愿退出,不愿继续参与研究。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Sick leave or personal leave lasting >=3 months; (2) Withdrawal from the study or internship during the research period; (3) Voluntary withdrawal by the subject during the research process, indicating unwillingness to continue participation.

本研究拟纳入 171 名学生。为控制学历和性别对研究结果的潜在影响,采用分层随机化方法:首先按照学历(本科/专科)和性别(男/女)进行分层,共形成 4 个层次。在每一层内部,利用计算机生成的随机数(Excel RAND 函数)对学生进行排序,并按人数依次分配至临床常规实习组、生命教育观影组、生命关怀研习组三组,确保各组在学历和性别上的比例基本一致。每组均为 57人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

This study is about to include a total of 171 students. To control for the potential influence of educational background and gender on the research outcomes, a stratified randomization method was employed: first, stratification was conducted based on educational background (undergraduate/vocational college) and gender (male/female), resulting in four strata. Within each stratum, students were randomly assigned using computer-generated random numbers (Excel RAND function) and sequentially allocated to one of three groups: the routine clinical internship group, the life education film viewing group, and the life care workshop group. This ensured each group maintained consistent proportions of educational background and gender. Each group comprised 57 participants.
