研究目的：

通过探索心力衰竭患者总体人群及三种射血分数类型心衰患者临床特征、中医证候、中医证型、共病模式、用药规律、预后情况，分析影响全因死亡及因心衰再入院的相关危险因素，构建风险预测模型（包括病证结合风险预测模型），并进行外部验证，为防治心衰提供一定的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a comprehensive investigation of the clinical characteristics, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome manifestations, TCM syndrome types, comorbidity patterns, medication regularity, and prognosis in the overall population of heart failure patients—as well as across the three left ventricular ejection fraction phenotypes—this study aims to identify risk factors associated with all-cause mortality and heart failure readmission. Furthermore, it seeks to develop and externally validate risk prediction models, including integrated disease–syndrome risk prediction models, thereby providing a valuable reference for the prevention and treatment of heart failure.

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断为心力衰竭患者； 2.住院时间为 2010 年 01 月01日-2024 年 10 月31日者； 3.住院记录详细、临床资料较为完备者； 4.性别不限，年龄>=18岁，<=90岁者； 5.多次住院患者，随访资料根据多次住院病例资料获得相关信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clearly diagnosed as a patient with heart failure; 2. Those whose hospitalization period is from January 1, 2010 to October 31, 2024; 3. Those with detailed hospitalization records and relatively complete clinical data; 4. Gender is not limited. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 90 years old. 5. For patients with multiple hospitalizations, follow-up data are obtained based on the information of multiple hospitalizations.

排除标准：

合并心源性休克、严重室性心律失常、意识不清、肾功能不全尿毒症期、恶性肿瘤终末期、严重精神类疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had cardiogenic shock, severe ventricular arrhythmias, impaired consciousness, end-stage uremic renal insufficiency, terminal malignancy, or severe psychiatric disorders.
